Match group contracts
A line may carry an internal reference or foundation number. Tacita remembers a match after you confirm it, then recognises it on later statements.
Check the period
Expected amounts use the schedule, premium and days covered. Advances and offsets are not treated as ordinary discrepancies.
Respect the limits
No medical data is stored. Bring a pension statement to a demonstration to check your own insurer-specific cases.
