Separation
Each firm sees only its own data. This is not a display filter but a rule enforced by the database itself: a query attempting to read another firm's data returns nothing.
No medical data
No diagnosis, no certificate, no incapacity rate. Those documents stay with the insurer and the doctor. The data model provides no field to hold them.
Documents are read on your side
Optical recognition and extraction in your browser. The text of your documents is not sent to any third-party service.
Automated assistance, by decision
If you choose to enable AI assistance, it is off by default, enabled service by service, and every processing operation is logged: what left, to whom, when. No automatic writing: every suggestion is confirmed by a person.
Tamper-proof log
Every creation, change and deletion is logged with the value before and after. The log can be neither altered nor erased from the application.
Your data belongs to you
Export complet à tout moment, dans un format lisible : clients, polices, primes, sinistres, décomptes, documents, mandats. Y compris les identifiants appris sur vos décomptes, qui sont le fruit de votre travail de pointage. L'export ne dépend d'aucun état d'abonnement : même en cas de litige de facturation, vos données restent accessibles. Vous pouvez l'essayer avant de vous engager.
