Are prices before tax?

Yes. Swiss VAT of 8.1% is added to the invoice. If your business is VAT registered and entitled to deduct input tax, you can reclaim it: your net cost remains the listed price.

What happens after thirty days?

Nothing automatic. You decide whether to continue, and with no card on file, nothing can be charged.

What happens if I exceed my tier during the year?

You move to the higher volume tier on the next invoice, and we tell you beforehand. No retroactive charges.

If my portfolio shrinks, does the price fall?

Yes, at the next renewal.

Is assisted migration mandatory?

No. Self-service import is free and unlimited. Assisted migration is a service: we do it for you.

How do I pay?

By card, monthly or yearly. Card details are entered with our payment provider, never with us.

What is not included?

Standard does not include Tacita Connect, drafted answers, fleet, teams, analytics, timed procedures, email filing or external read access. These are Premium features. Registered mail is not included.
